The app will request permission to locate your sauna in order to connect via Bluetooth. Subsequently, it will prompt you to create a login for personalized sauna settings. Privacy rights are strictly safeguarded throughout the process. The application will inquire if you wish to activate your sauna and select your preferred temperature setting. Once chosen, a visual indicator will display the progress until the sauna reaches the desired temperature. A timer can be easily set and modified as needed, automatically shutting off the sauna when the time has elapsed. Additionally, an option for chromotherapy is available, allowing users to alter the light spectrum with choices of red, blue, purple, green, orange, and yellow. Each color offers unique benefits for light therapy:

• Red - aids in alleviating joint pain and arthritis
• Blue - targets bacteria that may cause illnesses like colds and flu
• Purple - reduces anxiety levels and fosters tranquility
• Green - combats seasonal affective disorder and lifts spirits during winter
• Orange - enhances feelings of joyfulness and mental clarity
• Yellow - encourages positivity and spiritual connection
